Spring is coming! --one of the most awaited season for travellers all over the world especially when they plan to spend these days in South Korea.

Spring season means its time to spot on the cherry blossoms that paints the entire streets into pink and white fluffy flowers. But are you one of those travellers who just cant find or get the right timing to arrive the exact week it happens? Cherry blossoms in South Korea only lasts a week or so but also comes down easily when the wind and rain wash them away. SOUTH KOREA CHERRY BLOSSOM FORECAST 2025

On this newest issued 2025 Cherry Blossom Forecast for South Korea---it shows that the cities that will start to bloom last week of March are on the South, Busan, Daegu, Yeosu and Gwangju. Flowering starts at March 28 on these cities then going up to some untouched wonders in other provinces on April 03 like Jeonju , Daejon, Gangneung and Cheongju.

In Seoul, Cherry blossoms will start to flower a bit later on April 08 followed by Chuncheon province on April 11 and Incheon on April 12. As you can see , these dates are bot more late than what happened laat 2024 where the flowers started to bloom when the sun shine brightly around Seoul city on April 1st.

SUGGESTED CHERRY BLOSSOM ITINERARY FOR SEOUL-GANGWON

DAY 3

• THEME PARK DAY

• You have two options --- Everland or Lotte World . Both have their own unique rides and the best spots to take pictures with the cherry blossom

• After the park, you can visit the Starfield Library in Suwon or COEX Gangnam area

DAY 4

• Wake up early to take good pictures at the Seokchon Lake Cherry Blossom Lane

• You can also have a good spot here with the Lotte Tower as your background

• Visit local cafes and shopping brands in Seongsu or Apgujeong Rodeo --products like Tamburins, Fwee, Blue Elephant and many more

  

  

  

• After that, you can spend your whole night shopping spree at Myeongdong or Dongdaemun OR visit Yeouido Hanggang Park to have some picnic or rent a bike while enjoying the breeze of Han River and watching some spring shows

DAY 5

• Be one with the locals and walk around Insadong and Ikseondong Hanok streets to try the famous salt bread or milk-dipped toast

• Get access to the red pine tree outlet shop

• Dine in to one of the most-visited buffet restaurant in Hongdae

• Witness busking performances at the main street of Hongdae or take a detour to Yeonnamdong

• See how seaweed sheets are freshly made and packed at the museum and take photos wearing Squid Game costumes at their photobooth area at the 3rd floor ( Free of charge)
